Lachlan Mitchell has worked with thousands of anxious and stressed people for more than 50 years in the State’s Mental Health Service and as a Parole Officer in the Prison system.
Lachlan found that while the tradition approaches provided support and temporary relief, they rarely provided a way for people to manage their own emotions when support was withdrawn or not available.
After discovering that controlling our biology is the key and can be easily learned by the average person, I have drawn on my 50 years of experience to create a unique 9-session self-help program. The Freemotional program teaches you how to regain control of your emotions in less than an hour, regardless of what is happening now, or what’s happened in the past.
On 16 September, Lachlan will explain how and why they work and will also teach you the simple technique he taught prison inmates as they were preparing to return to the community.
