FREE Skilled Visa Information Sessions for Employers

The Australian Government is committed to boosting skills in regional Australia and there are new incentives for overseas skilled workers to live and work in regional Australia. RDA Central West is working with the Department of Home Affairs to provide more information about how these new regional migration options will benefit local employers and business throughout the Central West.

The skilled migration program is making an important contribution to the Central West NSW region’s economy and, for employers who need a position filled and can’t do so with local labour, skilled migrant labour could be the answer. For skilled workers from overseas, these pathways to permanent residency provide an opportunity for a good lifestyle in a regional Australian community.

The Department of Home Affairs will be providing information about visa options to address skills shortages where positions cannot be filled by Australian workers in two FREE information sessions, Bathurst on 17 March and Orange on 18 March. Employers and interested community members are invited to attend and find out more about regional migration options and the potential benefits to your business.
